Girl padded jacket waterproof special features
The outer shell fabric of the girl padded jacket is PU coated and peached to make it waterproof, and windproof while maintaining a unique touch feeling.
Obeying the Global Recycle Standard, this girl padded jacket applies 100% recycled polyester flat padding to keep children warm and comfortable.
The polar fleece of this girls waterproof winter jacket is the part that is warm and fuzzy, making this padded winter jacket suitable for almost all winter conditions.
The sleeve tab, back hem, lower zipper garage, side seam, and hood seam all have reflective trims to ensure kids' safety when wearing this girls waterproof winter coat.
The girls waterproof coat has a fixed hood with detachable fake fur that is detached by four hole buttons which are stitched 8 times for security reasons. Kids may swallow the buttons if they are not stitched firmly to the hood.
The fake fur is fire retardant and makes the jacket windproof and warm in windy weather.
The cute digital printed pattern and contrast color zippers in the center front of this padded jacket are signs of popularity and fashion.
Chemical-free for kids jacket, which applies to REACH requirement of Europe.
How are defects distinguished? According to the customer's request, we organize it as follows:
1. Critical defect
A critical defect is a defect that would result in unsafe conditions for customers and is likely to cause injury or non-compliance with EU legislation. If one occurrence of a critical fault is identified during inspections this will result in total rejection of the delivery. Critical defects are also packed/ packing defects/non-compliance with the GIN instructions for the merchandise preparation.
2. Major defect
Any identifiable defect that would justify our customer to express dissatisfaction through product return or product complaint, or significant deviation from the Purchase Order(PO)specifications.
3. Minor defect
A fault that may result in a customer complaint or a customer rejection of a product in favor of others with a better finish.
To conduct inspection and defect assessment, the garment is divided into 2 zones:
Zone 1: The outside of the product. This area is noticeable to the person wearing the garment or to the observer at first glance.
Zone 2: The inside of the product. This area is not as noticeable to the person wearing the garment or to an observer at first glance.
