Each of our merchandiser teams is formed by one merchandising manager, one merchandiser, and one merchandiser assistant. This ensures our clients' requirements are addressed on time and keeps them satisfied. The entire team will work closely to understand clients' requirements, follow order processes, and check every detail to ensure final order delivery.
Loto is partnering with many well known fabric and trim provider, such as SunFeng, YKK, and SBS. The wide selection range allows our clients to easily pick the fabric/trims they like and Loto garment will source for them. Our sourcing professionals have more than 10 years of experience. Once we have received fabric/trim instructions from clients, we will carefully source to ensure we have the correct quality. Loto Garment's sourcing team has a wide connection with recycled material providers and is actively applying them in our designs. We are able to commit our environment protection responsibility.
Loto Garment's R&D team is formed by 6 designers in total. We have 4 designers working in the office and are collaborating with 2 European freelance designers who have rich experience in clothing design. Every winter or spring season, our designer team gets into the market and participates in all kinds of trade shows, such as Intertextile Shows in Shanghai, Conton Fair in Guangzhou, Outdoor Retailer Show, Magic Show, ISPO, and so many more, to analyze the newest trends in sporting and outdoor garments.

Hebei Loto Garment is cooperating with Style3D, which develops the software platform that allows us to develop a 3D pattern of the garments for our clients. Colors and patterns can be easily changed to match our clients' needs, saving lots of time compared with developing a physical sample and then performing adjustments. After the 3-D pattern is developed, we can use AI functionalities to put the ready 3D garments on AI modals.
Loto Garment's pattern-making team works closely with our merchandising team to make sure the sample fitting is within the allowed error. Based on our clients' size charts and specs, the team will create a paper pattern and forward it to proto-sample creation. Our experienced pattern-making team is able to create patterns that minimize the waste of fabric materials. A tech pack will also be included, which includes detailed patterns and fabric/trim waste, making sure high efficiency in production.
Formed by 20 quality controllers with 10 quality controllers staying in the factory. The quality controller team will check the sample quality and frequently check the bulk order in the factory to ensure quality. Before starting bulk orders, quality controllers will meet with factory product line manager to label the details that need to be taken care of. Last but not least, quality controllers will perform inspections before, during and after the bulk order, further ensure final product quality.

Loto Garment's factory contains different departments: technical department, production department, fabric/trim department, cut &sewing department, templating department and many more. Each department performs its own duties, cooperates with each other, and complements each other to complete orders to ensure smooth order delivery.
