Hebei Loto Garment's factory was established in early 2001 and is located in Yuanshi County, Hebei Province. Our factory specializes in manufacturing woven outerwear, such as ski/snowboard wear, insulated wear, down/fake down jackets, puffer jackets, windbreakers, hunting, working wear, fleece, and so many more. Our factory is equipped with advanced modern technologies such as auto-templating machines, auto-cutting machines, auto-button snapping machines, etc.
Loto Garment's second factory has launched in 2024 March with brand new technologies and experienced workers. With two factories and as own factory manufacturer in China, Loto Garment has a monthly production of 40,000–50,000 pieces.

The factory's departments include technical department, production department, fabric and accessories warehouse, cutting workshop, templating room, down filling room, main machine workshop, and finishing workshop. - The technical department specializes in making initial samples, sales samples, photo samples, and pre-production samples. At the same time, they strictly control the details in the order production process to ensure that bulk order and samples are consistent.
- The production department convenes each department to hold a pre-production meeting before starting the production of each bulk order to strictly control the production cycle and ensure the smooth delivery of orders.
- The rest of the factory team is responsible for creating template, fabric cutting, weighing and filling the insulation, sewing and finishing. All of the departments team up to make this factory. The factory exist because of the workers, and the workers are here because of the factory.
