Insulated Jacket

Down selection: Real-down jackets typically apply goose down or duck down as insulation. After choosing the insulation, we need to have them go through cleaning, sanitizing and many other steps to remove impurities and bacteria to make sure they are clean and safe.

Fabric selection: The shell fabrics of insulated wear should be downproof, windproof, waterproof and breathable. In common, insulated wears use polyamide and polyesters, where they will be treated with downproof applications.

Design: Loto's designer team actively studies trendy designs and functionality requirements to design down and fake down wear styles.

Pattern Making: Loto Garment is well experienced in fittings of different markets. After paper pattern is made, our factory will start cutting to start the production process.

Cutting and sewing: After cutting, factory workers will start sewing the fabric films together to form the basic parts of a garment.Depending on the warmth requirements of the down jackets, inuslated wears will apply different insulation weights. Typically, depends on the length of the jacket, down weight will range between 300g to 700g.

Insulation and trims:To ensure that the down is distributed evenly, a professional insulation machine will be used during the procedure.Adding trims such as zippers, snap buttons, cords, and printings to the garments to make it more beautiful and fashion.

Inspection: Final ready garment will be strictly inspected, including warmth ability, waterproofness, durability and breathability test to make sure they satisify customers' requirements.

Packaging: Garments will be put into boxes or poly bags per clients' requirements and get labelled. Lastly, it is ready for sale!
