what to focus when manufacturering snow wears

 

Fabric Selection:

The waterproof level of snow wear is normally between 5,000 and 20,000 mm H2O per hour. A waterproof level of 10,000 means that the fabric cannot be pentrated after 1 hour under the pressure of a 10-meter-high water column. When quoting the waterproof level, keep in mind if it is JIS standard or ASTM standard.

Breathability Level:

Loto Garment recommends to manufacture with fabric that has breathability of 5000 g at  least. The higher the breahability level, the more the breathable the fabric is. Most of the snow wear Loto Garment has manufactured has armpit and inner thigh zippers ventilation to further improve ventilations.

Durability:

Snowwear is typically made of polyamide and polyester fabrics. Polyamide fabrics are favored by well-known brands for its durability and lightweight.

Snow Skirts with DWR treatment:
