Proto Sample
Proto sample is the first step of any garment, from design pattern to an actual jacket. Before placing bulk order, Loto Garment offers one free proto sample to all our customers to check on their design, fitting, fabric choices and many more. Loto Garment would take the tech pack provided by our clients, start making CAD patterns, sourcing fabric, trims and get started. The entire sampling process takes around 1-2 weeks depending on the working capacity and fabric availability.
If you do not have a tech pack ready and would like to take inspiration from our design and modify it slightly, Loto Garment is capable of producing proto sample in accordance to your adjustments on our sample.

Salesman Sample
Brands that sell their products through wholesalers, importers, and retailers need to showcase their products to buyers and receive orders. To achieve this, salesman samples are necessary, which requires samples in 100% correct form, with X pieces per color and size as specified. Loto Garment is capable of fulfilling these needs in a timely manner. We will source the correct fabrics and trims and create salesman samples based on clients' requirements.

Pre-Production Sample (PPS)
Before proceeding with bulk order production, Loto Garment will produce a pre-production sample. This sample serves as the reference point for bulk production and is the gatekeeper of quality.

Tech Pack & CAD Pattern Making
With the tech pack provided by clients, Loto Garment is able to make CAD patterns and start the entire sampling process. In cases where clients do not have ready designs, Loto Garment is able to take ready CAD patterns and adjust based on requirements.
Fabric & Trim Selection
Only when the clothing supply chain is stable can we ensure that the order delivery will not be delayed and the clothing brand will not miss the sales season. At the same time, a variety of fabrics and accessories are also needed by the market. Loto has been cooperating with internationally renowned fabric and trims suppliers such as YKK, SBS, and Sunfeng to catch the delivery date.
Sample Production & Inspection (it only takes 7-10 days from design drawings to sample production)
After the sample is made, the pattern maker will measure the size and check every proofing detail. The QC staff will carefully check the workmanship to ensure that the sample the customer gets is correct.
Before each bulk order production, all workers will receive pre-production training by their supervisor to better understand the work to be done at each stage and work according to a clear WIP flow. In this way, we can avoid problems in the order production stage.
