Windbreakers
Windbreaker is a high-performance jacket designed for outdoor activities that can adapt to various adverse weather conditions. Windbreakers are typically windproof, lightweight and have certain functionalities provided by membrane laminated fabrics.
Rain jacket
Rain jackets, as name suggests, are designed for rainy days. In addition to wearing it on rainy days, it can also be worn for other outdoor activities. Loto's rainwear is made of TPU laminated waterproof fabric and may come with an armpit zipper vent design to facilitate rapid heat dissipation and maintain stable body temperature, suitable for high-intensity outdoor activities.
3 In 1 Jacket
It consists of a waterproof shell and a warm liner. Either the shell or the liner can be worn alone or wearing together to adapt various weather and temperature conditions. The shell uses TPU film laminated fabric to provide waterproof performance while maintaining good breathability to ensure dry and comfortable wearing. The inner layer typically uses a highly efficient and warm fleece fabric that provides extra warmth in cold weather. The liner can be worn alone for warmer weather.
2.5 L jacket
First layer (outer layer)
Made of strong shell fabric (usually nylon or polyester), providing excellent waterproof and windproof performance and protects the wearer from the external environment.
Second layer (middle layer)
Made of a breathable polyurethane (PU) coating or membrane, this layer allows moisture in the body to escape and providing excellent waterproof performance to the fabric, preventing internal moisture accumulation and improving wearing comfort, while making the shell waterproof.
"0.5" layer (inner layer)
Usually refers to a thin protective printing or coating added to the second layer. This layer is not as thick as the full third layer, so it is called "0.5 layer". Its function is to protect the waterproof and breathable membrane in the middle from being worn, while reducing friction on the skin and improving wearing comfort.
3 Layer jacket
Outer layer:
Material: High-strength waterproof nylon or polyester fiber.
Function: The outer layer is typically made with nylon or polyester fibre that can effectively stop the rain and provide comfort outlook.
Middle layer:
Material: High-performance waterproof and breathable membrane (such as polyurethane (PU) or polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE)).
Function: This membrane blocks moisture from the outside while allowing body moisture to escape, keeping the inside dry and comfortable.
Inner layer:
Material: Typically made with tricot or knitted fabric.
Function: The inner layer is attached to the middle layer, protecting the waterproof and breathable membrane from wear and stains, improving overall durability, and increasing wearing comfort. With this inner layer bonded fabric, the entire jacket is stiffened and has its own shape.
Softshell jacket
Softshell jackets use soft, stretchy 3 layer fabrics bonded by fleece. These fabrics are often windproof and waterproof while having a good breathability. Channel (Tunnel) jacket
