Hebei Loto Garment focus on every staff training, we organize different meeting half month or one month.
In the technician meeting, our technical manger help us to understand the workmanship of the garment, how to do it. We believe that only when we are more professional and know more about clothing, we can provide our customers with better service and products.
After the theoretical knowledge, we also go to our factory to practice it. Every new staff will have a chance to learn every details of workmanship process. Firstly is the cutting ,we will go to cut room to see how to cut the fabric, after cutting, the next step is stitching, we will see how to make the pocket, how to do the front flap, also we have chance to make the stitching by ourselves. After it, the next important step is making bartacks, ironing and packing. We will learn how to iron one sample, cut the thread and packing it well.
