We will randomly take the fabric samples from bulk fabric and send to a professional testing institution to test the functionality. after passed testing，bulk fabric can be used. Then, we will select PU tape according to the bulk fabrics, we will have the factory to do testing to confirm which PU tape can be use, then testing the temperature and pressure when tape seams. After the bulk goods begin to tape seam, we need to borrow professional equipment for inspection, The below machine is used to test the waterproof.
The workers will randomly take samples from the bulk goods to test the waterproof. All kinds of seams on the clothes should be tested. Like the cross seam, straight seam……, should be tested every two hours. The worker keep records everyday!In addition to professional equipment, Factory will also send the QC to check the flatness of the taped seams, especially the cross seams, to avoid affect the waterproof.
The QC on the line must check the workmanship at any time. If sewing seams not even, the PU tape are easy to fall off, will affect the garment waterproof, So factory must ensure the clean workmanship!
