How to ensure the safety of kids jacket？
For all baby Toddler and juvenile garments, production safety control must be strict，Our factory also attaches great importance to safety issues! All Baby, Toddler and Juvenile garments must be passed through a metal detector which leads into an isolated metal free zone for packing，
All Metal detectors in use must be calibrated using a 1.0mm diameter ferrous metal sphere passed through the machine at 9 different points.
And the results of the calibration recorded，Calibration of the machine must take place at the beginning and end of each shift and at two hour intervals between times，
If the calibration process fails all garments passed through the machine since the last known good calibration must be removed from the isolated area and passed through a fully working metal detector，Any garment that fails metal detection (has a metal fragment) must be quarantined in a locked "Red Post Box" which must be stored next to the metal detector to prevent contamination with good garments, the worker need to keep record every day, must operate according to the process!
