Last week our team visited our cooperate fabric mills to collect more popular and new fabrics, and also study whole procedures of fabric production.
🌿1st, visiting the grey fabric mill, learned how to weave grey fabric from yarn, which needs 20-40 days lead time.
🌿2nd, visiting the dyeing mill, and making lab dips is the critical start. According to the confirmed lab dips, there are different dyeing methods. Except for solid color, there are printed colorways, there are three other printing methods, transfer printing, digital printing, and screen printing.
🌿3rd, the final finish of the fabric, face side with DWR or WR finish, backside with TPU membrane, PU membrane or put coating or etc.
